This HOA is abosolutely mismanaged. Repairs have been deffered for over six years (but HOA board member's buildings have been kept up to date with roofs, stucco, paint, etc check out Hillsborough County Permits). Monthly HOA fees as of yesterday for a 3 bedroom have gone from $721/month now to over $750/month. Every excuse is given as to why things aren't getting repaired (also there is serious SINKHOLE REMEDIATION currently going on! If you do purchase a home here you won't be able to get home owners insurrance to cover what the HOA won't repair. IN MY OPINION.... YOU SHOULD KEEP WALKING AND FIND SOMETHING BETTER!
