Easy Florida Living
Friendly neighbors, great investment, easy access to all parts of Sarasota attractions / restaurants/ mall....easy driving... not crowded in ... lovely place
Uptight and outdated
The entire community is outdated including the people and clubhouse. The community pool looks filthy and the pool furniture is outdated and broke. They advertise the pool to be heated but don't turn the heat up enough to even tell. The manager is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Residents act as if this is a six star resort but it's lucky to get one star. We considered purchasing a condo here but after our visit we will be looking elsewhere.
