This community is beyond terrible. No one in the association office can ever help you or any situation you’re in. The pool had several health code violations & would be shut down & I refused to ever go swimming in that pool. The parking is honestly the biggest issue overall. You can never have guests over or more than 1 car. I have been towed twice FROM A VISITORS spot. The reason was for not having a decal yet There isn’t any signage stating you must have a decal to park in a visitors spot. Which is really inconvenient if you have guests that end up only being here for an hour. I walked around and every other car parked in a visitors spot did not have a decal. So why was my car towed? Am I being targeted? After the first time being towed, I went to the office and spoke to a lady who didn’t seem to help me find any solution. She couldn’t give me any answers to my questions and instead gave excuses. You can’t park on curbs or they’ll tow. Well there aren’t any spots to park in. If you park in a numbered spot they’ll tow. If you park in a visitors spot, they tow. So if you live here, just walk everywhere. You’re not allowed to have a car or they’ll tow. Or just park somewhere else and Uber home.

If you own more than one car do not move here. Parking is horrendous if you only have one spot. There's very limited guest parking and that's usually taken up by 5pm. If you park in the curb they put a green sticker that get stuck, and after a couple of them they tow your car. The neighbors can be nasty and the office lady treats you like a child when you complain. I've had neighbors park in my only parking spot and when I would call the office to complain or try to get their cars towed they would not do so, but it's okay for them to tow my car. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! BEWARE!
