Noisiest neighborhood in Boca Raton

Essie Z
Located next to Boca Raton airport, behind FAU stadium and less then half mile away from Dixie railroad tracks this location is the noisiet neighboorhood in all of Boca Raton. No amount of neighborly diplomacy will change the fact that these townhouses have very poor noise isolation between Townhouses. A television even at the lowest volume can be heard through the walls. If you are a light sleeper you will be very frustrated living here. There is a new I95 entrance opened on spanish river which has increased pass through traffic by a signficant amount.

The Luxury has Faded

The Vistazo in Boca Raton portrays it's self as a luxury townhouse experience situated in the heart of east boca off of Spanish River Blvd. I have lived in the Vistazo 7 years. What initially attracted me to the Vistazo was the luxury look and feel of the property. One of my neighbors even owned a Lamborghini at the time I moved in. After 7 years in the Vistazo, I have to say that the luxury look and feel of the property has definitely faded with time. With a rental price ranging between 2200 - 2700, landlords often have a difficult time renting out newly vacant townhouses. Some landlords will rent each of the 3 rooms to a different person, usually college students. This effectively turns Vistazos into a high priced dorm for spoiled college students. These units usually turn into "trouble" units where the tenants do not respect noise ordinances. The luxury look and feel has definitely faded. The property definitely has a "run down" look and feel to it these days compared to when I first moved in. When I first moved to Vistazo 7 years ago my neighbors drove Lamborghini etc. Now most of my neighbors drive pick up trucks, one even adorned with a confederate flag. This is something you would expect to see out in West Boca but definitely not in the heart of a luxury estate in East Boca. Especially not for $2500 / mo. - My main issue with Vistazo townhouses is that the units have little to no noise isolation between units. You will often hear voices, TVs, etc. Everyday I'm awoken at 6:30AM by my nextdoor neighbors. This has completely ruined the experience for me. Vistazos units seemed worth it 7 years ago, but today I feel like the price of living here does not match the price. We are currently looking to move to Mizner Park area which is similarly priced and offers more of that luxury look and feel that has since vanished at Vistazo.
