Water's Edge

I am a current resident of fair lakes and I have owned a home here for 15 years. I've got to say the HOA website is written like a prison camp policy manual, and also very outdated and focused on stupid things. Moreover, the neighborhood used to be more family oriented and friendly, however some new neighbors have cast a shade of awkwardness and unkindness on the beautiful neighborhood. I often see empty beer bottles at the front of the neighborhood on a Saturday or Sunday morning, some neighbors I have spoken to feel uncomfortable to walk by certain people, and oftentimes I see a large group of rowdy teens playing loud music and walking down the middle of the street. Honestly the neighborhood is amazing, and very scenic, most of the residents are very nice people. There are many children and pets living here, which is why I think that some measures should be taken to restore this neighborhood back to its former glory.
