Very nice community. Association seems a little complacent on weeds in yards. Pool is nice entrance is nice. Association a little weak.

If you are considering buying a home in this community - DON'T. It is overrun with renters who don't care about the community. They don't maintain their awns, play loud music, have several cars parked in the street (our bylaws state no street parking). The community pool is beautiful, but good luck enjoying a quiet afternoon there. It is like a public pool, you don't have an access card no problem just hang around long enough and someone will let you in. It is a teenagers hangout - they bring their friends who don't live here to horse play and play loud music with no consideration for small children. Forget the HOA management, they promise and promise but don't deliver. Good luck getting someone to return your calls.
