My husband and I built our home in the Wellington in 2005. We love our neighbors, we have monthly "lady luncheons", quarterly neighborhood parties, and of course the opportunity to participate in numerous community events and parties.
Wellington is a great place to live..The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful community. Excellent maintenance of the common areas keep it beautiful, and it is a fun place to live, with a nice clubhouse and great neighbors. Well managed by the board and the management company, there are no problems here and we are financially stable.. Low monthly maintenance includes part of your basic cable cost, and there is no CDD fee on your tax bill!
Wellington is beautiful inside the gates but crazy on restrictions . For example you are not allowed to swim laps in the swimming pool. You might splash the hairdos LOL Easy to say no after that and other similar restrictions
Mary was always available making time to talk to us about the area and the house we were interested in. I think having Mary living in the same community helped make our decision to buy.
