Love this neighborhood

This neoghbr=erhood is conveniently located between Mopac and the H35 which puts it in a very comfortable location to get anywhere. Homes are built between 1980-2000 and have different styles. When driving around, you don't feel like you are in a cookie-cutter home neighborhood. There are beautiful walking paths within the neighborhood and beautiful greenery all around. The people who live here seem to be happy and nice. A lot of young families and lots of great free kids activities through MUD provided yearly. there are 2 pools, a tennis court, volleyball area, picnic tables, creek, playgrounds, and great restaurants nearby.

Great area just north of Austin. Great part of town to raise a family, schools are awesome! The community pool is worth the visit.
