Great little neighborhood. No CDD
I love living at Wesley Pointe, it's a small neighborhood, and I love that very much. Everyone knows each other. HOA was very proactive stopping the dealerships for using our private rd as test road. We the owners, do not want dealerships using our private rd. Houses are nicely kept, and HOA makes sure our property value stays up. Safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood. We moved in 2001
Terrible hoa
By far the strictest HOA I’ve ever lived and is the main reason I am moving because I can’t stand dealing with small things they want to try and ding you on. Find it hilarious how they try to block off a public road from people driving down it from near by businesses. I mean as far as I look at it they all have my personal permission to drive down to my house and turn around if need be just to make our roads a safer place for their customers and I've told them that.
