Current tentant
It was a terrible mistake that we signed a lease. They don’t keep up the properties, the walking path that everyone using is over grown and not passable at all. Management refuses to do anything. The pool won’t be completed until the last week of aug but yet the pools close Labor Day weekend usually. So we’re paying monthly for NOTHING. But they have built over 20 more homes from the ground up but can’t finish the pool or even set up a community playground like they advertise. Their priorities is not for the families that live here. We can’t wait for our lease to be up! Spend your money else we’re.
