Whitley Place

Whitley Place is built around Wilson Creek, which runs through the community and adds to the tranquil nature of this residential area. The community features a greenbelt that residents use for picnicking, playing, and relaxing, as well as a community pool, an open-air amenity center, walking trails that connect the community, and a lakeside pavilion popular for entertaining and gatherings. Whitley Place is also home to the Westridge Club, a park designed for younger children that offers a playground and park area, a splash pool, and a cabana. Whitley Place is served by the Prosper Independent School District, and students here attend Cockrell Elementary School, Rogers Middle School, and Prosper High School. The Prosper ISD has been recognized for their implementation of outstanding academic programs by Texas School Business magazine.
