Sugar Creek Elementary School

My children have their academic needs met with enthusiasm, their teachers are responsive, include me, and the principle greets each child every morning by name.

This school has an amazing community feel. It celebrates diversity and teachers truly care about the kids.

I have a special needs son- ADD & Bi polar- who is in his 2nd year. When he struggled with anger and attention span in kindergarten the 2 social workers, his teacher ms. STeiner & the principal jumped on board and helped without judging. It made what could have been a terrible year turn into the year he got the most help. My husband and I are forever greatful to the AMAZING staff here!!

My daughter is on her 2nd year of school at Sugar Creek and she absolutely loves it. She had Miss Pittner as a Kindergarten teacher and I could not have been more pleased with her very first teacher. The staff is wonderful and the kids are polite and adorable. The one downfall is when the school plans events, they don't take into consideration that there are single parents out there that have to work 8-5 jobs and Sugar Creek always seems to schedule things within that time frame. I have had to miss some important things because of this :(
