Wildewood

We have just bought the first house that was resold in this neighborhood. Lets just say, the return value they made was about 30k and the house was barely lived in for 1 year. Needless to say, with the neighborhood having the construction finished, it has already upped the resale value of this neighborhood. So, with this being said, most people upkeep their lots very well, some are friendly, some are unnoticeable because they keep to themselves. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood which is wonderful. Everyone seems to have dogs and can be seen walking them around on leashes however; this is where my review comes down to 4 stars. As a pet owner, one should be responsible and courteous of other people's yards. Pick up after your dogs, there was an issue regarding this a while back and HOA came in to put poo stations in the neighborhood. however; they are NEVER stocked and Im not sure who empties them? I have a dog myself, so when i pick up her poo from your yard, I expect you to do the same in if they do their business in my yard.
