We do not have a ckndk board watching every move we make . We have a homeowners association, the same one every other house in the area have. We pay 42, condo associations are hundreds of dollars a month. Some agents need to take a refresher course. This is Real Estate 101. Condo/townhouse are 4 or more units attatched.
