Great school
Great school zone. Very clean, new, lots of park, insight school which is a huge benefit.
Good association
Homes are all newly built and the association really cares the area. Big difference you can tell comparing to the east side of Route 59. Schools are nice having good college prep programs.
Ritzy area you never expected from Joliet
Really nice impressive area.
Schools are good, houses are beautiful and large. Community is well established. You never feel bas part of Joliet as it is far from there. It is more like good part of Shorewood and Plainfield. One of the best areas to raise kids!
