Very Stable Neighborhood
Windstone Colony is a great & quiet neighborhood in Katy, TX. The walking trails are very peaceful & the properties are well-kept & maintained.

Love this neighborhood. I have great neighbor, I love the walking trails and my grandkids love using the pool and park when they come to visit.
We love this community!
We love this community! It's quiet, well maintained, and my son loves the park and pool at the rec center. All our neighbors are friendly and it's very safe based off my experiences. I can walk or go for a run at night alone without my husband and feel safe. Neighbors look out for one another and care.
