Terrible place to live

This neighborhood is simply just ok but theres a real treat when it snows they find it ok to clear off the snow at 3 am with the same amount of noise as a circus. Imagine hearing a bob cat beeping non stop for 3 hours in the middle of the night. Its like living in the twilight zone I wouldn't move in to this garabge dump neighborhood I wish someone would of warned me. 0% chance staying here again.
