Windy Hill At Lincolnia

This is probably the nicest community I have lived in. I call it the gated community without a gate. Everyone is friendly. Everyone gets out and walks around the community. There is so little traffic most people walk in the streets. The HOA does a great job of maintaining the facility, and the cost of the HOA is very low. SHHH don’t tell them. Lots of amenity’s from pool to Nature walking trail. Only shortfall for some may be you have to drive to stores. Nothing is really within walking distance. But that doesn’t mater to me. Good balance between single family houses, townhouses and Condo’s. Great diversity and older people mixed with young families. Truly blended. Wonderful little community.
