Annoying place to live long term
Everything seems nice from the outside looking in, but once you move in and stay over a year the glaring issues of this neighborhood become apparent. You can find any other place in Gurnee to live unless you like high HOA fees that continually go up, limited parking, and the occasional neighbor that hounds you.
