Large lot sizes and great neighbors

As a former resident that lived here for 20+ years, I love the area. The last few years have really seen a change of generations and a lot of new development. Newer houses are popping up all over. Large lot sizes and great neighbors throughout. The space offers a little more peace and quiet than other areas of Elmhurst. There isn't a lot in the neighborhood but it does offer some isolation from the rest of Elmhurst and hustle and bustle of other areas and it's just a short jog from the grocery store and Butterfield park where you have access to tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, a park and a lot of space!
