Autumn Creek

I am a resident of this rather large neighborhood. When I was looking for a home for my family what drew me to picking a home in this neighborhood was that most of the houses sits on at least .34 acres, has sidewalks and dog waste stations, we have a 15 pound dog. The houses in this neighborhood are mostly well cared for and the price per square foot is less than other neighborhoods close by. The house sizes range from 1700 to 3900 so you are bound to find the right sized home in this community for your family and budget. The schools in this part of Dallas are not the best according to greatschools.org but the teachers and administrators at least from the two schools our son had attended do give the very best they can to their students. I was looking at homes in the North Paulding area but they were more than we were looking to spend and besides North Paulding is currently at a 6 compared to 5, greatschools.org, at East Paulding. As long as you are an involved parent in your students schoolwork I think that a child can do well most anywhere. I hope my review has helped you in your decision , happy house hunting.
