Development company Belgravia Group plans to build 90 condos, 250 apartments, and 60,000 square feet of retail space on a parcel of land on the North Side of Chicago, according to the Chicago Tribune. The mixed-use development would be located on Elston and Webster Avenues, near Bucktown and Lincoln Park.

The project would likely involve building several low-rise buildings on the 4.5-acre site. The project is still in the early stages, and the firm has yet to release a projected price tag for the new residential and retail space. If all goes as planned, the firm will officially purchase the land for approximately $20 million sometime in 2018.

This area of the city is relatively underdeveloped. Belgravia Group will need to negotiate with the city to obtain residential zoning before breaking ground.

The proposal comes after City Council approved a plan that would allow new types of development along a 3.7-mile stretch near the Chicago River.
