On April 22, CalAtlantic Homes officially opened the doors to Tavara Ridge in Clairemont, their latest single-home community in San Diego.

Located at Tavara Circle just south of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, the neighborhood will include 52 two-story houses that include three distinct styles: Plantation, Santa Barbara, and California Ranch. Ranging from 2,875 to 3,347 square feet, homes will feature up to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Some houses will include a first-floor master suite or an optional second-floor deck. Each home includes an open-air sunroom with an optional fireplace as well as a private downstairs bedroom and bath for guests.

Prices will start in the high $800,000s.

The community is situated in prime territory for easy access to I-5 and I-805. Tavara Ridge is also minutes from the beach and multiple dining and entertainment centers.
