According to the Dallas Business Journal, Texas developer Robert Zamorano is bringing a new level of luxury high-rise living to Downtown Fort Worth.

Appropriately called The Worth, the new 24-story luxury condominium tower slated to go up on North Henderson will contain 115 lavishly-designed residences with walls of glass and spacious balconies overlooking the Fort Worth skyline. Besides designer finishes at every turn, condos will include gourmet kitchens with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops, and premium cabinetry.

"There are no other high-rises in the city that come close to this level of luxurious sky-high living," Zamorano, founder, president, and CEO of Houston-based Zamco Properties said in a statement. "We saw the demand for a condominium project like The Worth in this neighborhood."

Designed by Dallas-based GDA Architects, whose credits include Museum Tower, Windrose Tower at Legacy West, and Residences at the Stoneleigh, the architecture will be a glass fusion of classic and contemporary styles.

In addition to an amenity deck with a saltwater pool, cabanas, a fireplace, and outdoor kitchen for entertaining, condo owners will have access to owners’ lounges and on-site fitness center.

The sales office is expected to open in early 2018.
