The highly sought-after Windrose Tower aims to take luxury living to new heights in Plano’s $3.2 billion, 255-acre Legacy West development. Slated for an official groundbreaking next month, 80 percent of the 90 condos in this sleek 27-story high-rise have already been reserved according to the Dallas Business Journal.

Condos contain one to four bedrooms, and sizes range from a one-bedroom unit with 1,272 square feet to a penthouse with 11,000 square feet.

Chic interiors include floor-to-ceiling windows, open and light-filled living areas, and gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, European cabinetry, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Outdoor space is comprised of spacious balconies with built-in fireplaces and cityscape views.

In addition to valet parking and concierge services, amenities include an owners’ lounge, a fitness center, spa, coffee bar, conference center, and resort-style pool and lounging pavilion with an outdoor living area, fireplace, and kitchen. Pampered pooches have their own amenities, which include a Pup Park and onsite grooming salon.

Windrose Tower hopes to be an ideal fit for business executives and employees who are transferring to Plano and want to live in a walkable, urban live, work, and play area.

On the work side, Legacy West is a North Texas magnet for attracting corporate relocations like Toyota North America, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and myriad others. With a corporate landscape that ranges from sprawling campuses to offices, the neighborhood workforce is headed toward housing 15,000 jobs, and future moves and expansions are projected to up the employment base to 20,000 jobs within a few years, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
