Now that former Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul is headed to the Houston Rockets, it appears he won’t be needing his Bel Air mansion anymore — so much so that he’s willing to drop the price a bit to exit the market and move on to Texas.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Paul recently dropped the price of his faux-Tuscan villa from $11.5 million to $9.25 million. He’s owned the home since 2012 (not long after he arrived on the Clippers in late 2011), when he bought it from singer Avril Lavigne for $8.5 million. Lavigne had purchased the property from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

Along with the amenities inside and around the house, it’s also located in the gated Bel Air Crest community, which includes guards and cameras. Bel Air Crest also has community perks such as tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, and sparkling pool.

The expansive property can be toured in large part on its website, featuring images and video of the home.
