In the ongoing saga of Google’s property-buying spree in Sunnyvale, the tech giant has officially picked up another $210 million worth of space. The buildings, lands, and parking garage purchased by Google were previously owned by NetApp

Of the three NetApp office buildings that Google bought, two are on East Java Drive and one is on Crossman Avenue. The purchased parking garage faces Geneva Drive. The properties are situated on a massive block of Sunnyvale, which the Mercury News reports could mean that Google is planning a campus in the area. The block is located near dozens of other Sunnyvale properties that Google has purchased this year alone.

The total amount spent on everything Google has purchased so far in Sunnyvale? Roughly $1.05 billion.

This potential Sunnyvale expansion is just one of Google’s ongoing projects in Silicon Valley. The company is also planning a transit village in Downtown San Jose, where 15,000 to 20,000 employees will occupy six-to-eight million square feet of office space.
