Good news for sellers living in the 33404: The Riviera Beach and North Palm Beach neighborhoods ranked No. 1 in the Top 25 ZIP codes where home prices rose the fastest in Q3 2017, according to South Florida Business Journals.

In a climate where South Florida home prices are higher (and buyers are feeling the pinch), certain area ZIP codes illustrate this trend. For the aforementioned ZIP code 33404, home prices were up 34.7 percent from Q3 last year. That ZIP code’s median sale price is $156,250. In 19 of the 25 total ZIP codes represented, sales were down overall compared with last year. South West Palm Beach’s 33405 ZIP code saw a 0 percent change in sales from last year. 

Prices were highest in Pinecrest, ZIP code 33156, which ranked No. 22 on the list. Here, the Q3 median sale price is $1.2 million, a 16 percent increase from 2016 for the same period. Other pricey ZIPs on the list were Coconut Grove’s 33133, which ranked No. 18, and South Miami and Cocoplum’s 33143, which ranked No. 13.
