It’s baseball season and if you’re a super-fan you may even consider buying a home somewhere close to the action. In Houston, living within two miles of the home of the Astros in Downtown will cost you a little more than the average home price of the rest of the city.

In a new report from Estately ranking home prices near the nation’s 29 Major League Baseball stadiums, home prices within walking distance of Houston’s Minute Maid Park rank No. 14 at $365,000. That’s slightly more than Houston’s $309,900 median home price, according to the most recent data from Zillow.

Elsewhere in Texas, it’s an average of $129,990 to live near the Global Life Park, the Arlington home of the Texas Rangers.

The most expensive place to have a home near the stadium? That honor of course goes to San Francisco, where a house near the Giants stadium will set you back an average of $1.197 million. But in Kansas City, which ranks last on the list, it’s only an average of $100,000 to live near where the Royals play. For the reigning World Series champion Chicago Cubs, you’re looking at the No. 10 spot with a $475,000 median home price.
