The Scottsdale Independent is reporting that buyers interested in Paradise Valley Ritz-Carlton Residences now have the chance to reserve a limited amount of luxury villas in the highly sought-after residential community.

Jerry Ayoub, president of Five Star Development, disclosed in a statement that a handful of potential buyers who had previously reserved villas last year have since withdrawn their reservation. Fortunately for those still wanting to experience “resort within a resort” living, it created a new opportunity to view the villas and reserve them for purchase.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences generated over $250 million in sales during that initial day of presales.

The 108-acre Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley project will be centered around a 200-room Ritz-Carlton resort surrounded by 91 single-level villas and 40 homes. Priced between $1.5 million to $5 million, the homes range between 1,700 and 4,500 square feet with floor plans offering one to four bedrooms with the option for an additional den.

Design features include floor-to-ceiling windows, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and indoor-outdoor living spaces. The Gold Collection villas will feature master suites with both indoor and outdoor showers and customized closets, with penthouse residents having the added option of a private plunge pool. Residents will also have priority access to hotel amenities, a concierge, and add-on services like housekeeping or in-residence dining.

Those with appointments can view the villa’s finishes and options, as well as two model kitchens for preview, at the design center for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, which recently opened.
