Earlier this year, plans for five new rowhouses in Lincoln Park were revealed. Now, the Menomonee Row development is moving forward.

The project received demolition permits and construction permits earlier this summer and the homes have begun to go up, according to Curbed Chicago

The five buildings — located at the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Menomonee Street — that came down to make way for the new homes housed apartments. When completed, the rowhouses will feature red brick, along with copper, slate, and stone, according to the Curbed Chicago report.

Each of the rowhouses is expected to be 4,000 square feet. The price tag for each home will hover around the $2 million mark.

Sulo Development  is leading the project, while Sullivan, Goulette & Wilson designed the rowhouses.
