Miami Today reports pre-construction has begun at the site of what will eventually be a 57-story luxury condominium on the waterfront in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

Dubbed Elysee Miami, the tower will have a relatively small number of units at 100. The spaces will be three- to five-bedrooms measuring 2,300 to 4,000 square feet, with prices ranging from $1.3 million to $10 million, and up to $14 million for penthouses.

Two Roads Development is the developer behind the project.

Calling itself the “first and only luxury boutique tower in East Edgewater,” the Arquitectonica-designed tower has the hallmarks of many Miami condo developments: a glassy facade, water views, a lush pool area, and a grand lobby. There’s also a health club that includes a yoga studio and blow dry bar, an owner’s “sky lounge,” and personal “attachés” available to residents for everything from moving in to picking out gifts.
