Miami is ground zero for luxury condo developments, with sleek, window-filled buildings popping up all the time. Condos here boast high-end amenities, designs by big-name architects, and of course those all-important ocean views. Here are a few luxe developments to watch—and drool over.

Villa Lissoni At The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach

Scheduled to open soon, the Italian architect Piero Lissoni's 111 condo units and 15 stand-alone villas on this Ritz-Carolton property span seven acres on Miami's Surprise Lake. The modern units feature open floor plans, luxe kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of the water and the property's lush gardens. Units also come with Ritz-caliber service, and the option for private marina dockage. Homes here range from $2 million to $40 million.

Grove at Grand Bay

The pair of twisting, twin towers designed by Danish starchitect Bjarke Ingels includes 90 units with prime water views. Recently completed and almost sold out, amenities at the 20-story-high, LEED-certified development include a rooftop pool, expansive gardens, and spas for both humans and pets. Units here start at $3 million.

Three Hundred Collins

Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen's boxy, minimalist condos in the South of Fifth district feature wood floors and lush interior gardens juxtaposed with floor-to-ceiling windows and other modern Miami touches. The condos, which range from $1.7 million to more than $9 million, should be complete this summer.

Deepak Chopra's units at the Muse Residences

The wellness guru is getting in on the condo game, designing condos at Sunny Isles Beach's Muse Residences that include circadian lighting and air and water purification systems. There's no price tag on the Chopra residences yet, but we'll guess they are are slightly more expensive than a meditation app.

Monad Terrace

Jean Nouvel designed this 59-unit project in Biscayne Beach, which uses a jagged, glass-and-metal facade to create a reflective effect along the water. The plant life around the buildings infuses some green into the futuristic, very Miami development. Units here start at $1.7 million and go up to $12 million.

One River Point

Expecting to break ground late this year, the Rafael Viñoly-designed development will include 386 units divided among two 60-story towers. Like many Miami condos, units here are have sleek design and are heavy on glass. There's also a waterfall, biometric security, valet boat services, and a "Sky Club," a members-only area with restaurants, bars, and an on-site plastic surgeon providing "non-surgical cosmetic treatments and therapies." Units here range from $750,000 to $12 million.

W House

If you want to live that Miami condo life for less—and with less square footage—Related Group is bringing 182, 416-to-892 square-foot condos to Wynwood. Designed by the firm Arquitectonica, amenities here include a rooftop pool deck, fitness center, and club room. Groundbreaking is scheduled to begin late this year, and units will range from $200,000 to $500,000.
