The New York-based luxury hotel chain Thompson Hotels is setting up shop at—and bringing some condos to—a $500 million mixed-use development in Houston, the Houston Business Journal reports.

China-based company Tianqing Real Estate Development LLC and Houston-based DC Partners are developing the mixed-use project is at the corner of Allen Parkway and Gillette Street in Montrose. The development is also near Buffalo Bayou Park. The hotel, which owns only about 10 hotels in the U.S. and Mexico, would have between 150 and 180 rooms and would open around 2020.

China Daily reports the 36-38 story-high building will have condos on the top floors. The development boasts a "saucer-shaped lifestyle center with a high-end fitness center, spa and retail stores," 24/7 concierge service for both hotel and condo residents, and a "postcard view of downtown Houston."
