Maracay Homes has officially purchased almost 32 acres in Gilbert, AZ for what they envision as their next upscale neighborhood.

Dubbed Marathon Ranch, plans call for 63 single-family homes inside a gated community just south of Riggs Road on 156th Street. Residences will range from 3,400 to 4,040 square feet and be priced in the high $400,000s.

Maracay, which is owned by TRI Pointe Group, paid $4.26 million for the lots. They expect to complete land development and begin sales in early 2018.

When completed, Marathon Ranch will be Maracay’s second neighborhood opening in the south Gilbert area in the last year, joining The Preserve at Adora Trails.
