Fig & Fifty Walk, Olson Homes’ new townhouse development in Highland Park, will debut Sept. 9.

The project is located at the corner of North Figueroa Street and Avenue Fifty, with a total of 29 homes for sale. Of those, 25 are three-story homes, and four are single-story residences. Each home includes up to three bedrooms and three baths. Floor plans are as large as 2,111 square feet.

Attendees at the Sept. 9 grand opening will be able to enjoy catered food from Trejo’s Tacos, beginning at 11 a.m.

On Figueroa Street, the Fig & Fifty Walk location is extremely close to the area’s entertainment and transportation options. Los Angeles’s Metro Gold Line is just a couple blocks away, while local food and drink spots like Highland Bowl, Highland Theatre, and Highland Park Brewery are very close by as well. California State Route 110 is also less than a mile from the location.

According to Curbed LA, prices will start at $578,000 for the cheapest units, and top off at $735,000 for the most expensive.

This is Olson Homes’ first community in Los Angeles proper. Other communities in the Los Angeles County area also include Village Walk in Downey, Blossom Walk in Temple City, and Union Walk in El Monte, among others.
