Novella Townhomes Begin Sales in Phoenix's Arcadia Neighborhood
TrueCraft Residential has begun sales on a new townhome development in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, per Phoenix Biz Journal.
Novella will include 36 luxury townhomes with two floorplans that range between 1,756 and 1,781 square feet, and both include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The two-story floor plan includes a private garden terrace while the three-story floor plan comes with an office/guest space with private bathroom and patio terrace.
TrueCraft has listed four homes so far, asking either $495,000 or $497,500.
The community has a subdued contemporary look with subtle whites, grays, and earth tones. A pool will be open to residents in the neighborhood.
