The Harrison is an amenity-rich 49-story high-rise in San Francisco’s  Rincon Hill neighborhood, and now you can be the owner of one of their luxury penthouses.

According to Mansion Global, The Harrison’s 17 half-floor and corner apartments recently hit the market asking anywhere between $3 million and $8.8 million. Of the 17 units, five are three-bedroom units, while 12 have two bedrooms. All of the penthouses also include a den space that can be converted into an additional bedroom or an office space. They also offer unobstructed views of the city and bay.

The interiors of the homes were designed by Ken Fulk, well known for creating elegant homes for several Silicon Valley executives.

The building first launched sales back in April 2016 and has sold nearly half of its 298 units so far. It benefits from being one of the few residential-only projects close to SoMa.
