Scottsdale HGTV Smart Home Hits Market Asking $1.25 Million
Back in March, we noted that the 2017 version of HGTV’s Smart Home was located in Scottsdale. Now, the eventual winner of the technologically advanced residence has decided to sell it, per AZ Central.
This isn’t the first time and probably not the last that an HGTV Smart Home winner has decided to sell quickly. Be it locations, luxury home upkeep, or the pricey tax bill, these residences do often change hands quickly.
The 3,622-square-foot single-story home, located at 8516 East Cactus Wren Circle near the opulent Troon North neighborhood, comes with three bedrooms, four baths, and a three-car garage.
Designed by Tiffany Brooks, the home is a mix of technology that pulls inspiration from nature to add a modern spin on southwest style. Some of the home’s technology highlights include smart lighting and locks, solar-activated skylights, a tablet-controlled security system, and a tub that features sound waves.
Per the listing’s agent, Jason Mitchell of The Jason Mitchell Group, the asking price for the home is $1.25 million. Because the listing has garnered so much attention, Mitchell has requested only serious buyers inquire.
