The first phase of Optima Kierland, a 12-story condo tower including around 200 units, officially opened it’s leasing process on February 16. One week later, over 50 percent of the units have been spoken for.

Located at 7120 Kierland Boulevard in Scottsdale, over 115 spots in the building are already taken. According to the Scottsdale Independent, part of the reason the numbers have soared is because some buyers have combined two or more residences into larger homes. In fact, five units on the penthouse level were combined into one 6,500+ penthouse.

At least 80 of the units had already been claimed since pre-sale began last spring. Ranging in price from the $300,000s to $6.5 million, units come with floor-to-ceiling high efficiency windows, luxury cabinetry, travertine or quartzite stone flooring, and indoor private parking.

Optima Kierland’s is expected to be completed in August 2018 but residents will start moving in earlier in the year.
