Gilbert, Arizona has been racking up accolades lately for becoming one of the best up-and-coming places to live nationwide. In recent studies, the Maricopa County town has been called one of the most affordable, the most prosperous, and the best place to raise a family.

Per Arizona Business Magazine, Shea Homes will take advantage of the driving demand for housing with three new communities in the Recker Pointe development, located between the Bella Vista and Ashley Heights neighborhoods.

The new communities will be known as Ambition at Recker Pointe, Compass at Recker Pointe and Inspire at Recker Pointe. Located near a hub of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, all three communities will also offer amenities such as a community pool and parks with ramadas, play structures, and picnic tables. 

October will see the grand opening of two communities: Ambition and Inspire.

Ambition is slated to offer a variety of interchangeable spaces. Open floor plans will include single- and two-story homes ranging between 1,710 and 2,991 square feet. Buyers can option two- to six-bedrooms with two- to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices start at $316,990.

The other community, Inspire, will offer three- to four-bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Larger homes offer between 2,462 and 3,351 square feet. However, floor plans have yet to be revealed. Prices will start at $370,990.

The final community, Compass, will make its debut in November. With all three two-story floorplans set to be modeled on site, buyers can choose between three- and four-bedrooms with two-and-a-half bathrooms. Sizes will range between 1,855 and 2,151 square feet. Per Shea Homes, the courtyard villas will have private yards and versatile lofts. Prices have yet to be released.
