Although the national chains offer the sweet treat, sometimes it’s better to try something a little different at a local shop. There are quite a few doughnut spots in Las Vegas. Check out these neighborhoods for a great doughnut shop near you.

Summerlin

We’re going to go out on a limb and say that Pinkbox Doughnuts in Summerlin is one of the most popular gourmet doughnut shops in Las Vegas. Pinkbox prides itself on using high-quality ingredients and having excellent customer service. One taste of their doughnuts and you’ll know why they won the 2017 Gold Best Donut by Best of Las Vegas.

Not only are their award-winning doughnuts worth sampling, but their churro bars (maple doughnut, churro, and caramel) are also worth the extra calories consumed. This family-owned business operating since 2012 has two other locations in Henderson and on The Strip, so there’s no excuse for not trying some of these delicious doughnuts. 

Henderson

There are fewer things prettier than the beautiful and edible creations at Donut Mania. You can order classic creations like their traditional glazed, vanilla iced, chocolate sprinkle, and maple bars, but you can also try their gourmet doughnut varieties including Pumpkin Chiffon, Granny Caramel Apple, Nutty Buddy, and DoNutella.

Donut Mania also has giant party doughnuts, cronuts, cherries jubilee, fritters, as well as ice cream that you can get along with your doughnuts. And yes, they also have ice cream-filled doughnuts. This shop in Henderson is popular with the locals, so it was a pretty big deal when Donut Mania added a fourth location in Summerlin.Their also located in Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Spring Valley.

Downtown

Donut Bar in Downtown Las Vegas has gained a lot of attention from media outlets like Thrillist, MSN, and USA today, as well as celebs like Ryan Seacrest, Steve Harvey, and Ellen. If you check out their Instagram page, you’ll see why this shop claims to have the best doughnuts in the world.

Chef Santiago Campa created an extensive doughnut menu, and the downtown shop sells everything from vegan doughnuts, french toast doughnuts, and protein doughnuts to local favorites like the grilled cheese doughnut. Another bonus to this establishment is its beautiful outdoor patio. If you’re thinking about stopping in for a treat, come early as they often sell out.

Spring Valley

Most doughnut spots have the word ‘donut or doughnut’ in their names, but when you’re as cool and popular as Fractured Prune, you don’t need to worry about that. Fractured Prune offers customers an interactive experience: Visitors can choose between 19 different glazes and 13 different toppings to create their own delicious masterpieces. Of course, they have the typical glazes, but they also have unique selections like honey, marshmallow, mocha, and mint. As for toppings, guests can choose anything from bacon to sea salt, and luckily, prune is not one of the topping choices offered. Also, Fractured Prune stays open until 10 p.m., just in case of an evening craving.

Paradise

Crunch Donut Factory is a gourmet doughnut, gelato, and waffle shop that features unique creations and some silly names to match. Customers can sample varieties like the Kim Kardoughshian, Katy Cherry, S’moregan Freeman, or the Samoas Hayek. They can also try one of the greatest creations to date—the Double Bacon Donut Cheeseburger. Ideally located right next to the University of Nevada Las Vegas in the Paradise neighborhood, Crunch Donut Factory attracts a lot of college students and stays open late for those all-night study sessions that require some extra carbs.
