May 28 is #NationalHamburgerDay and what better way to spend this made up social celebration than in a city with some of the best cuisines in the world—Las Vegas. There are an insane amount of places in the city to get a classic burger. From Bobby’s Burger Palace and Gordon Ramsay Burger on The Strip to Craft Kitchen in Henderson and Fat Choy in Paradise, the Las Vegas area has much to offer.

But if you’re looking for something more unique, where do you go? If you’re up for trying something different, consider one of these spots that feature some of the most unique burgers in the city.

Fuku Burger - Chinatown

Fuku Burger started as a food truck and has since expanded to add a full restaurant to its brand. Located in the Chinatown neighborhood, Fuku Burger has become a must-try spot for everyone who passes through the area. This one-of-a-kind burger spot has a creative menu with a Japanese twist. All of their award-winning burgers are unique, and if we had to narrow it down to one, we’d choose the Kinoko Burger. It has shitake mushrooms, pickled ginger, teriyaki, and wasabi mayo. Coming in close second would be the Buta burger with applewood-smoked bacon, cheese, pickled red onions, ginger, and topped off with Japanese bbq sauce and wasabi mayo. And, of course, you can’t have a burger without fries on the side. Some of Fuku Burger’s sides include crispy garlic fries topped with tongarishi spice, crack sauce, and banana ketchup.

Fleur By Hubert Keller - The Strip

You would never think that this French restaurant inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on The Strip has one of most insane burgers in the city, but it does. Fleur By Hubert Keller is home of the HK Burger that has a hefty price tag of $5,000. Why so pricey? As explained by CNBC, the ingredients of this $5k burger are what make it high-end and delicious. The burger contains Wagyu beef, which is priced around $100 a pound, foie gras, which costs $45 a pound, and black truffles that are priced at $1,500 a pound. Let that sink in for a moment. With so many expensive ingredients, it’s also no surprise that the burger is served with a bottle of 1995 Chateau Petrus.

But if this luxurious burger is out of your price range, you can always go to the Burger Brasserie inside Paris Las Vegas casino that has a slightly more “affordable” option. This burger joint features a French twist to the classic American burger. It’s home to the 777 Burger that’s made with Kobe beef and topped with pancetta, goat cheese, seared foie gras, arugula, Maine lobster, and 100-year-aged balsamic, and it’s served with a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne. And yes, that 777 in the name is the actual price tag of the burger.

Heart Attack Grill - Downtown

If your cheat day falls on National Hamburger Day, then you might wanna head over to Heart Attack Grill located Downtown on Fremont Street.  This hospital-themed burger spot is home of the 9,983-calorie Quadruple Bypass Burger and the 19,900-calorie Octuple Bypass Burger. This monster burger holds a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for the highest calorie hamburger, which has eight patties that equals to four pounds of beef and 40 slices of bacon. If the burger isn’t enough, you can order a side of Flatliner fries and a Butterfat milkshake. But if you don’t finish your food, you’ll get spanked by the server.

Pub 1842 - The Strip

Nothing goes better than peanut butter, jelly, and beef right? Pub 1842, also on The Strip, is a Michael Mina establishment that serves appetizing dishes like their Pub Mac and Cheese, Homemade Frickles, and Steak Frites, but their most unique menu item is their hand-crafted Peanut Butter Crunch Burger. This interesting creation is served with bacon jam, potato chips, pimento cheese, and (of course) peanut butter. If you’re feeling adventurous with this burger then you’ll want to splurge with a beer like the 25-ounce Bosteels Deus Belgian Ale, which costs $68 for just the beer alone

Bachi Burger - Henderson

Bachi Burger has two locations in the area, one in Henderson and another in Summerlin. This restaurant is known in the Valley for having some of the best tasting burgers around. You’ve probably even seen this spot mentioned while watching the Food Network as it has been featured many times on the show “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.” Although the entire menu is unique, try their Spicy Miso Burger. It has Angus beef, shishito peppers, roasted garlic, mayo, swiss cheese, and apple vinaigrette, all topped off with a fried egg. If you aren’t a beef eater, try their No Meat Here “Burger,” Bachi Fish, or The Lonely Bird. You won’t be disappointed.

Truffles N Bacon Cafe - Henderson

Angus beef patty, tater tots, pork belly, Serrano chili, cheese, hot cheetos, Korean mayo, BBQ sauce, ranch, and a sunny side-up egg is just one of the insane burger options at Truffles N Bacon Cafe over in Henderson. Two of their popular burgers—Hot Beast and the Belly of the Beast—were featured on Food Network’s “Ginourmous Foods.” The Belly of the Beast monster burger (which is the Hot Beast version but bigger) weighs almost 11 pounds and feeds six to eight people. If you’re thinking of eating this burger, you’ll have to order it at least 72 hours in advance, so make sure you time your monster craving accordingly.
