Trumark Urban has sold out Rowan, a 70-unit, mixed-use building in San Francisco’s Mission District. This news comes on the heels of the company selling out Knox, its Dogpatch project.

According to Trumark Urban managing director Arden Hearing, it’s no surprise how quickly the Mission District homes sold out. "The Mission is one of the most exciting, vibrant and desirable neighborhoods in the City," said Hearing. "Rowan was extremely well-received from the start and we are thrilled to celebrate this momentous milestone with a sellout in such a short amount of time which speaks to the urgent need for additional residential housing in San Francisco.”

The nine-story building is made up of one- to three-bedroom units, ranging from 656 to 1,300 square feet in size, according to Builder Online. In-residence amenities include high-speed fiber-connections, Nest Learning Thermostats, Domus & Domus Italian cabinetry, hardwood flooring in living and kitchen areas, and appliances by Bertazzoni and Bosch.

The seven-floor building also includes 1,597 square feet of commercial space, a landscaped roof terrace with 3,200 square feet of communal space, bike storage, and a fully-automated car garage.
