What It's Like Living in Inspirada

Although Inspirada is fairly new to the southwestern corner of Henderson, this master-planned community (MPC) has quickly become popular among homebuyers.

Inspirada is one of the best-selling MPCs in the Las Vegas area, and it also earned a spot on RCLCO’s top-selling master-planned community list, a notable accomplishment for a community that opened in 2007 and where the majority of homes are fairly new builds.

Although the Las Vegas area is widely known for its MPCs, Inspirada is unique to Henderson because no other community has quite the same neighborhood vibe and welcoming atmosphere. This development is also packed with numerous amenities, recreational facilities, and social events, allowing homebuyers to enjoy an active and exciting lifestyle.

Read on to find out what makes Inspirada a great master-planned community to call home.

Home Prices

Bordering the suburbs of Seven Hills and Anthem, Inspirada’s median sale price sits in the high $300s, which is on par with other developments in the area. Homebuyers can find a variety of home styles, from attached homes and condos to single-family homes and custom estates priced from the mid-$300s to high $500s.

Homes in Inspirada typically offer two or three bedrooms and garage parking. Some of the builders working in Inspirada include Century Communities, KB Home, and Pardee Homes.

Parks and Recreation

Inspirada is known for its vast greenspace, which includes 85 acres of parks spread out over four parks linked by a 35-mile trail system. With so much outdoor space, residents can bike, hike, jog, or walk throughout the community.

Aventura is the largest park in Inspirada and features more than 20 acres of space, including three soccer fields, two baseball fields, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, and four volleyball courts. In addition to these sports fields, the development also provides a playground, community pool, and multiple play areas that allow families to enjoy an active lifestyle outdoors.

Solista is another community park that houses the resident community center, which provides a gathering space for meetings and social events as well as a full kitchen and reading room. This park also includes community pools, along with a local coffee shop called Jolly Beans Cafe. Next door, you’ll find Central Bark Pet Supplies, a boutique dog food store that also sells pet accessories.

The Schools

Families with children will be happy to know that Inspirada has several schools serving Inspirada residents. In the middle of the community is Pinecrest Academy, a public charter with locations across the Valley. Other nearby schools include Shirley & Bill Wallin Elementary School, Del E Webb Middle School, and Liberty High School

New Development

Although Inspirada has been open since 2007, development is still hot within this MPC. A recent development in Inspirada is Groves at Inspirada by KB Home, a townhome community where buyers can find two- and three-bedroom homes priced starting in the low $200s.

Meanwhile, Escala by Pardee Homes, is selling new homes priced in the low $800s. Escala features modern and contemporary single- and two-story home designs that feature spacious great rooms, game rooms, and outdoor patios that allow homeowners to enjoy a combined indoor-outdoor living and entertaining space.

What It’s Like to Live Here

Without a doubt, Inspirada has an overtly suburban feel. Although some subdivisions have a nice view of the Valley and The Strip, the development is fairly removed from the metropolitan area. Families will enjoy the quiet, low-key neighborhood packed with parks, playgrounds, and recreational fields.

Plus, with close access to schools and a community center, Inspirada is a great neighborhood to socialize with neighbors. Inspirada is also just a short drive away from major shopping stores like Costco and Albertsons.

Inspirada is just a 20-minute drive from The Strip, which makes it convenient for residents to enjoy nearby entertainment and attractions. The I-15 and I-215 are also nearby for commuters who drive to work. Besides rideshare, public transportation options in the neighborhood are fairly limited, but this RTC schedule gives a full view of which routes are available.
