Ideal location close to ASU

I lived in Broadmor Place for 2 years when I attended ASU. It's an easy bike to the south part of campus and it's a quiet neighborhood. It's a mix of college students, families, and empty nesters. There's a nice community pool located in the middle of the neighborhood. This was a great place to live!
