Very low class care

When I first moved in 10 yrs ago it seemed to be very nice. Once the economy crashed and the value of the home declined so did the complex. It's at the point these past few yrs I HATE paying my assessment fees! For the amount we pay in association fees we should have decent upkeep to the building. I have a huge electrical /cable line hanging off the building. Which I called the management...they said it wasn't them and to call the electric company...they say it wasn't them....in the meantime when there's a storm it flies back and forth hitting my window hard.....I thought for sure it was going to break my window! The carpet in the common areas are all different in the buildings....there are rules to taking your holiday decorations down a month after the holiday...there is one resident that still lights up their Christmas tree every night....its April for Pete sakes! The main entrance doors are rusty and dirty....the bushes by the entrance ways are either mismatched or dead...the driveways needs attending too. They have many potholes. The garbage areas are all messed up...needing replacements and painting. For $250 a month assessment fees they only....cut the grass once a week. Pay for water..and spray for bugs every 3 to 6 month. .they felt we needed New house number plaques and spent money on that....they also paid to have the all ground flood patios fenced in because they didn't like people going in and out their sliding glass doors. In the winter we have to spread our own salt that they leave in the entrance way.... There's glass , beer cans , paper garbage, broken toys and dog poop everywhere. As I was walking up and down the street a woman actually opened the front door and let the door out w/o as lease and pooped right there in front of me. When he was done the woman called the dog and he went inside...the poop was not picked up. The complex use to have a wooden sign at the entrance of the compound...for some reason it was taken down and not replaced...the parking lots are boarders with hedges...which half of them are dead. I am upset about all that I've mentioned and more. I can't even sell my unit because I would lose at least $50,000 even more due to the poor management...I would never recommend anyone to this complex. It has totally gone down hill. Not only through the economy but trough poor management and care of the buildings!
