This centrally located, historic neighborhood is home to bungalow and American Foursquare-style homes, the Fairmount Community Gardens in Fairmount Park, and local eateries, coffee shops, and bars along bustling Magnolia Avenue. As one of the largest historic neighborhoods in the southwestern United States, Fairmount takes pride in its culture and architecture, and the neighborhood is known for its annual Tour of Historic Homes event that takes place each Mother’s Day Weekend.
