I fought with Fulton County to get my child changed to a better school. They allowed us to attend Conley Hills and this school is just is bad if not worse than the school she was assigned to. They have no organization. The teachers and staff are very rude to the children. The librarian told a group of 5th graders they won't make it to college. What kind of thing is that to say to children for their moral. The principal will never talk to parents she will push you off on every other person instead of talking to you. It took me forever to figure out who the principal was because she's not upfront or forward. She has the same attitude that the rest of her staff has. They all have attitudes and I've complained multiple times about the way the staff doesn't smile or greet the children in the morning. They only yell at the kids and talk down to them. My daughter tells me stories about what she has to experience on a daily basis and it breaks my heart. We are just trying to make it out of this school year and we will add this to our forgotten memory bank.

Ok so This school communication skills are awesome and they are wonderful with my kids.

I taught here a couple of years ago. Leadership is absolutely horrible...Mrs. Lowe does not believe in promoting from within. You can prove yourself to be an effective teacher, year in/out; however, it's never good enough...I felt as if I was micromanaged, constantly. The morale of the school is extremely low. I still communicate with some of the teachers and they are extremely unhappy. The teachers are awesome and tremendous gains have been made, but if you do not have Administration's full support and respect, everything else is meaningless.

This school is okay. The teachers are mostly fine, some extraordinary, and its facilities -- by no means amazing -- are clean and up-to-date. What brings the school down is the leadership. I taught there for several years and I found the leadership to be incredibly negative and worse, incompetent. Without strong school leaders, teachers don't have the opportunity to learn with support so that they can't teach with support.
