Gates Creek is a beautiful neighborhood and it’s well known and is good for families especially with kids and has charm and big houses. Gates Creek is also priced reasonably. Gates Creek was built from 1996 to 2008 and has a huge variety of homes. Gates Creek is also maintained very well with beautiful landscaping. We live in Gates Creek and have loved it so far!
